猛暑の中、利用させて頂きました。
チェックインの時間より１時間早めにロビーで待ってました。今まで利用したホテルは１時間早めでも声を掛けて頂いて準備が出来てるのでチェックインどうぞと部屋を案内して下さいましたが
こちらは結局５分前まで準備が出来てなくてとの事で利用者が多いのかホテルが本業ではないからか気が利かなく、対応もお待たせしましたの一言も無く残念でした。
