Not all staff speak English well, but all problems were resolved very quickly. A triple room is a room for 2 with an extra bed, the third bed is adjacent to a table with a TV and a refrigerator, which is quite difficult to open because of this. Also, the number of sockets and switches by the bed is designed for 2 guests, and due to the extra bed they are shifted and located above or behind the pillow.
On the ground floor there are QR codes with information about the area (attractions, shops, restaurants).
There is a good Chinese restaurant very close to the hotel.

It seems to be relatively far from transportation. But we like to walk, so we came back quickly while looking around. It was close to a shopping mall, so it was nice to play and return to the accommodation. There was no major inconvenience in using the facilities, but it was disappointing that there were only a few outlets. I was cautious about leaving a comment because I didn't really use the hotel's services, but they responded kindly. Hiroshima is nice!

Located in downtown Hiroshima, it is convenient for visiting the Atomic Bomb Dome and shopping. There is a river in front, so the view is pretty good. Hiromisa is a very quiet neighborhood, so you can heal quietly.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults, children 11 and 9 years old).We were glad that the front desk was different from before, and the staff were all polite, soft and warm. The front desk and room were chic and nice with black as the base.

The staff are really friendly!
However, there is only one outlet at the desk and one in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient.
The location is okay if you have a transportation pass. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to Hondori.
It was disappointing that the TV was located in a position where I couldn't see it while lying on the bed.
But the friendliness and cleanliness were really good, so I plan to use it again next time!
