Had a very pleasant stay , staff arrange a room with fanstastic view. Very convenient to Miyajima , easy access to the beach area, wonderful sunset. 🙏

The location was perfect for my business trip, and the spa facilities were excellent. The hotel's shuttle bus made getting around super convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, the views were beautiful, and dinner was absolutely delicious. It's a must-stay when visiting Hiroshima, especially since it hosted the G7 summit. Plus, they have a dedicated ferry for sightseeing trips to Miyajima.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

I picked the hotel for the location, this year my remit for hotels was to be as close to the beach as possible. The entrance is pretty spectacular, a shop and a cafe on the ground floor. There is a gym and an onsen (I couldn't go in as I am covered in tattoos - this is a normal rule in the onsen's. If you have tattoos and are not aware of this you should be travelling around Japan) There are multiple restaurant's on different floors. Hands down the best was the sky lounge on the 23rd floor amazing views and a selection of food either buffet style or an a la carte menu. I need to come back to sample the other restaurants, staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location not too far from the city and the peace museum, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel my trip this morning to the station was so easy, taxi door to door. If you go I urge you to walk around the island as well wonderful views with little sandy areas to sit and relax.

This is the hotel where the G7 Summit was held, and the sea is right outside the window. The breakfast was plentiful, and the sea view from the breakfast area was fantastic. The room wasn't huge and the decor was simple, but considering the price, it offered good value for money. The hotel is located on a peninsula, and there's a shuttle bus service from the JR station. It's best to contact the hotel directly via the online phone number provided by Ctrip to confirm the pick-up location and time, as they have staff who speak Chinese. We couldn't find the pick-up spot at the JR station, so we took a public bus, which took about half an hour to reach the hotel. There's only one izakaya nearby, where you can get quick meals like Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.

The location was 4/5 because of its location to the city centre. However it was fantastic for Miyajima plus the bus to city centre was convenient.

Good for family vacation

Staff are not friendly especially in the reception.Please train your staff to be friendly to the customers.Far from the train station,convenient stores,and restaurants.have car parking but need extra fee.hotel is quite old and nit so clean.i was expect the hotel will be clean and elegant because its a little bit pricey.view is good but from our window,but you cannot enjoy the view if your room is dirty.picture are deceiving.

Great views and facilities. Comfortable location if you use 21-2 bus route.

Amazing hotel, specially the view just spectacular the room size was very good and the price very economical, they had their own pier to catch the speed boat to the island Highly recommended

Hotel services were good but the location is too far from the city. Its good when you have a long holiday but not for a short time traveller.

We stayed a second third night so it must have been ok 😊
