Charming room, restful location (we visited in September 2025). We stayed only one night to catch our ferry cruise but loved the area of Hirtshals, a peaceful haven. Thank you.

Nicely located and with all sea view rooms, it is a good hotel and good value for money. The rooms had all basic facilities except that there was no possibility of making coffee/tea in the room. Over all service was very friendly and efficient, but the breakfast could be iimproved a bit more to include some freshly cooked eggs. For us the most important and impressive experience was the prompt service provdied after our sty when we realised that one of us had forgotten his fleece jacket in the hotel The management/owner was very friendly and quick in sending the jacket to us by PosNord without charging us any money for the postage etc. That is a great good service and gets our loaylity for all future trips to Hirtshals. THANKS

The bathroom had a very strong odor of rotten eggs which spread to the entire room.
The hotel locks down at 22h and you can only enter the facilities with a code which was never shared or this fact ever mentioned to us.
We spent a few hours under the rain trying to get ahold of anyone to let us in until Expedia´s customer service tracked down someone that could get us inside.
Not going back.

+ The quality of the dinner in the hotel is awesome! - Rooms look old - Rooms stink of sewerage/bad drainage - Towels insufficient - No service by reception staff — Massively over priced hotel!! ＞ probably trying to maximise money from travelers that have no other choice
