13 yaşında oğlumla birlikte gittik. Oldukça başarılı bir otel. Konsept olarak da güzel. Ayrıca kayak olarak bilmiyorum ama biz kızak kullandık, söyleyeceğim şey Erciyes bu konuda Uludağ'dan daha başarılı bir planlama gercekleştirmiş, hem imkanlar daha iyi hem de fiyatlar daha uygun. Mümkün oldukça iş ve tatil için ziyaret etmeyi düşündüğüm bir otel. Her şey için teşekkürler...

Excellent stay in Erciyes
Happy we booked at the Library hotel.
Excellent food, personnel was super professional and paying attention. We definitely recommend
The daily shuttle to the resort is great - Ski resort is wonderful, top equipment - we had a blast

Der Skiurlaub im Library ERCİYES war einfach fantastisch! Der Aufenthalt war super, das Personal äußerst freundlich und die Lage für einen Skiurlaub einfach unschlagbar. Die Pisten waren bequem vom Hotel aus erreichbar, und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Geschäftsführer Mert und Murat vom Skiverleih, die äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Ich würde es jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Ufuk

Awful food, cold and cheapest ingredients. Everyday the same things, not similar- the same if uneaten before. Staff is rude, no one can speak English. Diarrhea after every meal is normal thing. Driver of skibus extremely rude and drives out of timetable. Lack of skiroom.

Hôtel dont le cadre est charmant mais aucune prestation n est à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. Accueil en chambre en sous sol la première nuit. Buffet du petit déjeuner répétitif et surtout du salé (pas de viennoiseries, pas de laitages, jus de fruits en briques…) Buffet du soir très peu varié (la même soupe toute la semaine !!!) Pas une seule fois de poisson. A 20h certains plats manquent et plus de pain !!! Le sauna n’a pas fonctionné toute la semaine, salle de sport inexistante et horaires de la navette pour la station très aléatoire. Bref un hôtel moyen eu égard aux tarifs pratiqués avoisinant les prix d un 5 étoiles.

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das essen war auch gut. Die Bedienungen waren außerdem auch sehr lieb. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Außerhalb vom Hotel gibt es auch viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Otele günü birlik girdik . Çok eğlenceli bir ortamı vardı . Çok eglendik. Güler yüzlü çalışanları vardı. Karaoke ile şarkı söyleyip dans ettik . Kesinlikle en kısa zamanda uzun süreli gelmeyi düşünüyorum .
