20 kişilik bir grup olarak otelde konakladık. Başta Ufuk Bey, Sinem Hanım, Tolga Bey ve şuanda ismini hatırlayamadığım bütün çalışanlara ilgi alakaları ve güler yüzlülüklerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Herşeyinden memnun kaldık cok yardım sever ve zengin bir kadro ile çalışan bir otel . Yemekleri de ceşitli ve iyiydi. Erciyes için güzel bir kayak dağ oteliydi diyebilirim.

Kayseri erciyesin 5 yıldızlı oteli mirada del lago temizliğe (oda ve otel geneli) özen gösteren covid-19 tedbirlerinden ödün vermeyen, otel kapısından girdiğimizde komisinden resepsiyonistine kada garsonundan güvenliğine, valesine kadar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personeli, Özellikle genel müdürünüz haluk bey, ön büro da talip bey ve ekibi, satış organizasyonda nilgün hanım, restoranda bülent bey, ahçı başı ahmet usta, hk dan nafiz bey ismini yazamadığım mirada ekibine kalabalık bir grupla geldiğimiz yarışma organizasyonunda gösterdikleri ilgiden dolayı teşekkür ederim.
