The stay was excellent! A butler contacted me after booking to confirm and inform me of my check-in details! I was delighted that the butler upgraded my room. From booking to pick-up, check-in, check-out, and drop-off, everything was perfectly coordinated! The room was very well-equipped, with a comfortable and high-quality sofa, bed, faucets, and shower facilities. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was fantastic, and the service was impeccable! The exclusive welcome gift was incredibly generous, with a wide selection of dried fruits, fresh fruits, and pastries. There was also a dedicated butler tea ceremony service; I listened to Joyce explain the art of tea while enjoying tea, and I learned a little about tea ceremony myself. Joyce also shared some stories about the resort after my check-in! The butler also helped me book dinner at the spa and the Xin Xin Hotel. The butler provided round-trip transportation to and from the Xin Xin Hotel. The spa treatment was done in my room by a therapist—very relaxing! The breakfast was also quite plentiful, prepared fresh by the chef in my room—a truly special experience! There were also nice toiletries and silk slippers that I could take home! My stay was truly excellent. Joyce and the other staff (I don't know their names, such as the lovely lady who picked me up and dropped me off for dinner, the lovely lady who brought breakfast to my room, and the chef) provided efficient, warm, patient, and meticulous service throughout, making it a perfect stay! Thank you to Joyce and the resort staff for their hard work and dedication! I will definitely come back to the resort again when I have time!

The room is very spacious and has a quaint charm, the environment is also very good, it is very convenient to go out to the old street, I like it very much! The only downside is that the price is a bit expensive
