大肥豬豬I think the location of the hotel is very good and his service is really intimate. After all, if you want to say that the hotel at this price is not good, you can't make sense. Just say that his room space is not very large. I booked the most basic room, but the common problem in Paris is that the room is not big. Breakfast is not bad. It will make you eat very full. It is just that if you consider the price/performance ratio, the price/performance ratio is not very high.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel, the staff is very nice! They speak English very well! The rooms are clean, there is good water pressure, it is warm, there are radiators. Good cosmetics (shampoo, etc.) The breakfast at first seemed small, but it is so delicious! Everything there is very tasty! I recommend it! And also the location of the hotel! Perfect! I will come back

Oold cloudMy experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

SSxiaojie-ailvxingThe room was quite spacious. We stayed for several days, and because we arrived at the hotel early on an early flight, the staff confirmed room availability and let us check in early – very thoughtful! They greeted us warmly every time we came in and out. The room provided two bottles of water, coffee, tea bags, and toiletries daily; the quality was good, and the bedding was also good, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was excellent; the selection wasn't extensive, but the food was quite delicious. The only downside was that all the dishes were the same for all five nights – no variety. The location is also quite convenient; both the subway and Champs-Élysées are within walking distance, making it a fantastic choice.

SSimon WuuuuLocation is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.

TtrulyzhenLocated in the famous house opposite the Louvre, the antique is distinctive, the room is small and warm, although the house is old, the sound is very good. The service is very heartwarming. Breakfast is awesome!

PPollyConvenient location, very convenient to Paris attractions. Only the room is really small, and it is difficult to pack your luggage. There was a damaged light in the room and no lighting was possible. Notified the front desk, but no engineering staff was replaced. A lady at the front desk was very attentive, introducing nearby attractions and recommending restaurants to us.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very nice. They also provided us with umbrellas on rainy days. The location is convenient. It is only two or three minutes' walk from the bus and subway station. And it is very safe! I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Paris next time. I like this feeling so much. 🇨🇳 uu can rest assured to stay here. It is very safe The hotel is very good. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very nice. GGuest UserLocation is opposite a metro station giving public access to the train stations and airport as well as Paris. Lots of brasseries are within walking distance as are major sights. The room was gorgeous, very quaint with paintings on the wall it’s a very beautiful, charming hotel with a private spa which you book with reception. A lovely stay thank you.
