Wonderful experience. We had a suite with the private onsen and breakfast and dinner. The staff is very attentive and the food is amazing. They go out of their way to service you. The dinner is a multi course keiseki with amazing flavors. Highly recommend.

It is the most comfortable and quiet traditional hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan.
All service staff are very friendly.
Hot springs, streams, and forests all allow you to fully relax your body and mind.
The next day, after checking out, the service staff took me to the station, and then turned back again before the train entered the station to confirm with the station staff whether I was on the train in the right direction, which was very considerate!
Will definitely visit again!
