I played in hot springs without even trying
I sat in the open-air bath with cold air and hot water and enjoyed it without hesitation.
The public hot spring bath was also spacious and looked nice.
I didn't go inside because I was playing in the private bath.
The facilities were great!
I stayed in a duplex room, but due to the nature of Japanese houses, the space like the living room was a bit cold.

I booked a room without a private hot spring, but the hot spring came at around 10pm, so I was able to use it without anyone as if it was a private hot spring. Next time I come to Hita, I want to stay again!

An inn located in an old private house along the river.The elegant cuisine and appearance of the inn are wonderful. Rabbits are casually displayed everywhere. The hot springs are also slippery and warm. The atmosphere of the open-air bath attached to the room is relaxing with the morning mist and the stars at night. The draft beer is delivered directly from the nearby Sapporo Brewery, so it was very creamy and delicious. The dried fish for breakfast is grilled on a grill and becomes fluffy and delicious. It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via ******* message function in advance.
I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)
