This hotel is perfectly located in the bustling city center, surrounded by many great restaurants and shops. Major attractions are just 1-2 kilometers away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel's facilities have a distinct Vietnamese character, making us feel right at home. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. A special thanks to Lin Da for helping us purchase train tickets and arrange a taxi. We will definitely return if we have the chance. Our stay at Amanaki was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend the hotel – the staff were super kind and supportive, and we felt very comfortable. The interior design is stunning and the services provided were excellent. There are restaurants and cafes close by, and we recommend the local pho place down the road. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant which serves afternoon tea free of charge for hotel guests. It was very yummy and a nice treat. Overall very satisfied and we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Anima during Christmas time. The service was outstanding, with friendly and super attentive staff always ready to help and make guests feel welcome. The interior environment was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. When you look through the panoramic window and the retractable roof window, the whole soaring Bitexco financial tower is right in front of your eyes. The view is picturesque. Food was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes that were well presented and full of flavor. Our package included breakfast, afternoon tea and even a 30 minutes well being neck and back massage. Great value for money. The location is prime, walking distance to major tourist sightseeing spots. The neighbourhood is quiet yet vibrant. Moreover, you can find numerous local and western restaurants right around the corner. (At least 3 Michelin restaurants in 3 minutes walk.) Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience and I would recommend to anyone who will visit Vietnam in the future.
