Thanks for giving me nice experience. Staffs they can speak English so I felt safe and comfortable to stay. Not dirty at all. I arrived early before check in and staffs took my belongings safely, thanks again. 日本人です。とても綺麗で、トイレも紙水に流せてよかったです。水道水は使えないですが水が備え付けてあったのでそれを使うことができました。市街地(ベンタイン市場・ブイビエン通り)に近いので若者におすすめのホテル?と感じました。ありがとう。

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

The hotel seems to be one of the largest in that area and has everything you need for a nice stay in HCMC. Nice pool, absolutely fantastic breakfast, a comfortable lounge with good food and drinks, super friendly staff and of course (most important) super clean and nice rooms. Location is good and since HCMC is not that big, you can reach actually everything by walking, or simply call a Grab and nothing takes longer than 10 -15 minutes. I definitely come again and will recommend it. Thanks a lot!!!

Great friendly staff from the front office (David, Jenny, JoJo and Jin) to bell boy (Johnny). Everyone are so friendly and treated my like friend. The rooms are spacious with separate living/bedrooms. The room also has a small counter space/sink, which is nice to have. The buffet breakfast is not as grand as some other hotels but it makes up for the quality. All hot items are to order from the menu (included) and made-to-order. There is a nice coffee shop at the entrance to hangouts or reserve a private room for a meeting. The location is convenient as it's located in the Ben Thanh Market area, just walks away.

Personal review on what I like and don’t about this hotel: - Right in the District 1, very good location to get into near-by amusement places of the city such as Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien Street, Bitexco, Nguyen Hue Street, etc. - Budget price for couples who look for reasonable accommodation for long stays =))) (unfortunately, I was there alone because of my very short business trip) - Amenities and utilities: open bathroom =))) glass wall =))) LCD TV connected 24/7 wifi (I watched YT channels for the whole night =))) - The room was odorous like smoke of cigarette, and is not completely clean and soundproof. - The reception didn’t show up their warm hospitality: when I came in, 3 receptionists asked me to present ID card and booking confirmation. After that, one gave me the key, wifi password, and breakfast voucher. Then, I went upstairs to the room by elevator by myself. (the reception could have directed guests to elevator and opened elevator door for guests and greeted friendly?)
