The hotel located near to the central of Ho Chi Minh City District, you could walk to the Central Post Office or the Cathedral for 15-20 minutes. The services and facilities in the hotel are excellent and clean. The staff are polite and really helpful. They introduced the recommended restaurants nearby with patience and detailed information.👍👍 The in-room dining food are very delicious and superb quality.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Hospitality service 0 Check in 0 Room with balcony was a 10/10 Pool 10/10

Absolutely stunning lobby, with a majestic spiral staircase. Classy room, very stylish with high end fittings and a gorgeous bath tub. Free mini bar with soft drinks. Hotel is in district 3, so about 2.1km to downtown, however, it’s only a 30 minute walk and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the way plus the main museum is a few minutes away. Lovely pool area and attentive staff. The background music is lovely and there is an excellent pianist who plays around 17:00. stayed here 2 nights and loved my stay here.

Way better than those air bnb that i had booked before i decided to come back to hcmc and stayed at Sherwood. The receptionist and their team are professional. Told the house keeper there was some leaking from ac. Their technicians came and problem solved right away with in 20 mins. Old school furnitures but all well maintained and super clean. Not just that the condos are close to everything. 20 mins from international airport, 5 mins to district 1. The street are super crowded during rush hours but all one way make it easier. I have 3 boys 11, 9 and 3. They all love that place. It feel like home. There are pool and kids play room my little guy loves it. It super convenient location. My family and I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are going to visit Hcm c.
