Fusion Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very clean and tidy with complete facilities. It was a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were very friendly, warm, and attentive. Thumbs up!

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. We could walk to all the attractions, and it was closest to Bui Vien Street with plenty of food and spas nearby. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the environment is clean and tidy, making it a top choice for families traveling with children. Breakfast hours are long, and there's a good variety of dishes. The service was great, highly recommended.

Overall I've enjoyed Hiive. That's why I continue to extend my stay. However, tonight was a bit problematic. I ordered room service. But neither the receptionist nor the restaurant worker understood my request. I wanted a Caesar salad with shrimp. The restaurant worker thought I requested a Caesar salad with raw chicken. I contacted reception in the hopes that an English speaker would clarify things. But the receptionist was also confused. I've been all over Southeast Asia. I don't expect English fluency from locals. But I'm a bit puzzled when room service fails to understand my request for an item on their own menu. When the salad arrived, it contained only 3 shrimp. I also requested coconut milk. I was brought coconut 'sauce?' The guy then tells me that coconut milk is out of stock. This reminded me of my many disappointments in Manila. So be it. I ordered carrot juice instead. I'm not a demanding person. I don't like to complain. I only share this experience because my booking isn't cheap. My hope is that Hiive will address my concerns.

I really enjoyed the facility here at fusion Saigon center. I’ve stayed at their other fusion hotels before and glad the experience was the same. I loved the pool and all the cool things inside of Saigon centre. Was very central to things. My wife and I, had a little weekend getaway from our baby (left baby with grandparents in town) snuck away for a few days and enjoyed our date nights.

Feeling bored in Ho Chi Minh City over the weekend, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Vung Tau to see the ocean! The front desk upgraded my room to an apartment-style suite with a living room and kitchen. The room with a balcony facing the sea was a bit noisy at night due to nearby events, but luckily, the adjacent room had its door closed, allowing me to sleep soundly without hearing anything. The sea view from the balcony was truly beautiful, and breakfast was plentiful! The next day, I also visited the Jesus statue, which is about 2 km from the hotel, perfect for a morning stroll.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, the service and facilities met standards. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
