There’s used cotton swab and tooth floss lying on the floor when we arrived. There’s one tiny bottle given by the place but need to go down from fourth floor to the ground floor to refill. The AC didn’t work properly, so it’s quite hot the whole night. The water pressure is so low for the shower.

It is very beautiful to see when you open the room, but when you look closely, there is a lot of dust on the entire bed, table, bathroom and other surfaces. After staying for four nights, the housekeeper did not come in for a day to clean it. There are only two towels in the whole room , I don’t know how to do it if I want to do a little cleaning. If I want to change the towels, I have to go to the first floor to change them when the housekeepers are there. Why do you say that, because they are gone after 11 o’clock. Call customer service and they still have it Can't speak English, the experience is super bad, if the room is not very beautiful, it doesn't even deserve the stars
