This hotel is a bit rundown...would recommend for some overhauls to the interiors and bedding and wall furnishings.
Overall was acceptable as it was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to most of the attractions..
But the toilets facilities could be improved.
Would recommend anyone who has a tight budget to stay here.

It is located right in the middle of Ben Thanh Market and tourist street. It's easy to move anywhere.
Also, since there are so many places to eat nearby, you will have a happy worry. The room is a bit small, but the air conditioner is cool and there is a small window, so it is well ventilated.
It's also nice that snacks such as bananas and tea are always provided free of charge in the lobby.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are:
1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age.
2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom
3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning
4. The furniture was dark and dated.

Classic bait and switch. Booked for this hotel, when checking in was informed that the hotel is full and redirected to a lower grade hotel. Trip will be unable to help as the hotel won't reach out to partner in time. Very disappointed experience.

I stayed there for a while due to airport time, but the room was different from the picture and there were two power outages in a short period of time.
