Everything is good except their wooden bed has sharp corners that jut out. Me & my husband gotten scratched bleed while we walked near the bed. We Feedback to the conceige they didn't apologise and try to brush it off. Door man smiles but not the conceige personnel

Great location and awesome service.

Clean hotel and helpful staff

There were hairs on the bed, and on the small decorative pillow in front of the pillow. The chandelier on the cabinet next to the bed had not been dusted for who knows how long.

The location was good as it was easy to get to Ben Thanh Market and Walking Street. However, it is not a very good memory because cockroaches came out twice in the bathroom and in the room.

It's just the central location, nothing else is good, old and simple

In the urban area, it is convenient to travel and the room is relatively clean and tidy.

nice location, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was superb and the rooms are spacious.

Breakfast is very delicious & the staff were so helpful. The location is superb too. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Hanoi in the future.

I am not sure the receptionist (guy) was mean only to me or he was like that. I called him at 10am to have shirt ironing service (I am ok to pay for it). He told me the room keeper will come to pick up, I have waited for an hour, nobody showed up. I brought my shirt to the reception desk to give it to him, he said: Sorry, it was too late. If I drop the shirt at this time, I have to wait till 10pm to get the shirt. I nicely asked him if he can give me the iron so I can do it by myself, he said NO cause it can make fire. That was ridiculous! I have been in hundred hotels, this is the first time the hotel right in District 1 didnt provide the iron.

Breakfast at the roof top and the room was cleaned and you can see Youtube. Hotel staffs are all kindly and friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly. My safe didn’t work, they came a couple of times to reset it, but still didn’t work
