Located in District 7, Phu My Hung. 6 mins walk to Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). MacDonald's, Starbucks, many good restaurants and convenience stores are very nearby. Hotel ibis Saigon South is right next to Novotel Living Saigon South. This Hotel was changed from Capri to Novotel Living Saigon in August 2023.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Living Saigon South during a business trip to Vietnam, and I must say, it was an excellent choice. Situated in close proximity to the Saigon Exhibition Center, the hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient for my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of dining options in the hotel's vicinity. From local eateries serving delectable Vietnamese dishes to familiar chains like Starbucks, there was always something to satisfy my cravings just a stone's throw away. Additionally, having convenience stores nearby was a lifesaver for grabbing any last-minute essentials. The accommodations at Novotel Living Saigon South were nothing short of comfortable and welcoming. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Overall, my experience at Novotel Living Saigon South was fantastic. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. It truly made my time in Vietnam all the more enjoyable.

Rooms are big. Feels like long stay service apartment. Location is a bit too far but the service is good. Breakfast is so-so. Stay for two days and found that rooms are fully booked.

Awesome.property right next to the exhibition center. Got a complimentary upgrade which was a nice gesture from the hotel. 2 thumbs up

Would not return, Breakfast is undesirable (limited food to offer) last minute customer visited, I knew they still has room but when I requested for extension check out to 1 pm, they refused.

Cozy and nice business hotel, very near to facilities and crescent mall. Nice area for resting with lot of good restaurants and coffe shop around. Staff very friendly

All good setup. Liked it. Especially the steam helped me a lot when I have a slightly headache. Wash machine also a great help Only issue for me is the pillow is a bit too high so my neck is not very comfortable.

Everything was good except the lady in the restaurant. She always forgets her orders (in the breakfast corner, omelet and pho) i came here 3 times and it was 3rd time she forgot my order

Good hotel to stay. Staff was polite & cooperative but room service was just very average. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend to others as well.
