Ho Chi Minh City is relatively backward, and the hotel is in a very ordinary street building. The pictures in the online reviews are too exaggerated. At this price, the room is worse than ordinary business hotels in China.
The floor is super low, just on the first floor, and the room is super small. There is water in the bathroom, at least 1-2 cm of water, and you have to open the drain cover yourself.
The only advantage is that it is closer to the city center and can be reached in about ten minutes of walking.
If you bring your baby: don't consider this place, change to a hotel within 200-300 meters of the Ho Chi Minh statue, and you can almost walk to all the popular check-in spots.

Fantastic location! Hotel was relatively new and the room was spacious and comfortable. A few tiny service hiccups but the staff rectified things very quickly and sincerely. We had a good dip in the rooftop pool in the sweltering heat. The complimentary tea in the afternoons were great too. This hotel will be my top choice if I return to HCMC.
