Apartment environment is nice and the price is reasonable. The host is friendly and provides good services. I had a very pleasant holiday here. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Raymond helped us with our check-in and briefed us with details on the rules. He was very informative. He was also very communicative, providing timely updates for our room (our room was not ready when we first arrived). We also requested a quiet room with a good view. The view was great from the room window.
The staff has been very friendly and sweet. They even asked if we need clean towels etc during our stay and ensured we always feel comfortable. The place is kept well and we were provided the necessary items for the kitchen and toilet.
The place has tight security too so only guests of Rivergate can enter the premise. There is a 7 Eleven, Winmart, pharmacy and a cafe below. Rivergate also has a perfect spot for Grab taxi pick-up/drop-off.
The experience at Rivergate has been wonderful and is at a good location. Near the area there are delicious and affordable food as well (you'll need to explore around to discover them.

Great location, just over the river from district one. Smooth check-in process & Min and his staff remain in close contact throughout the stay, so anything you need is a just a simple message away😬

The hotel is not far from Pham Ngu Lao Street, located by the river. The apartment management is quite good and safe. There's a restaurant and convenience store downstairs, and many foreigners live here. The apartment has a swimming pool, but no gym.

I have such a great experienced during my stay in Ho Chi Minh at MIN apartment. The room is cleanliness and spacious, especially the apartment located in city centre which is easily to travel and spent only 5minutes to reach shopping mall and restaurant. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they always check whether we need anything. Surely come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Host was on time to pass me the unit key and bring us up and explain thing we need to know clearly. Definitely will book again as the view was magnificent and very convenient. They have GS25, Winmart, 7-11 and pharmacy just below.

This place is strategically located and no issue to travel anywhere. Stayed 3 nights here and what I missed most was the seafood at Vinh khanh food street.. cheap and tasty. Also, would like to thank the host for the hospitality throughout our stay.
Only set back was the noise from the airconditioning system.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. Having a 7-Eleven just downstairs was super convenient. Highly recommend!
