You don't get a room at the desk. I had to contact a personal contact number to get a room. I was embarrassed because I only had data activated, but when I called the customer service center and sent them a photo and told them where it was, a private company came and gave me directions. I heard that room cleaning and towels are provided daily upon request. Staying for 3 nights. I did it once in the middle. It seems like there was some miscommunication. I requested a higher floor, but it was the 11th floor. Overall I was sufficiently satisfied
