I checked in at Room 301. On the second day of my stay, it rained. When I returned to the hotel, the entire room was wet and the ground was covered with water. I immediately went to the lobby to find the waiter, and he went up to take a look. He first took pictures to report the matter to his boss. He never paid attention to me and made me stand there for 10 minutes. I asked what should I do? I wanted to change rooms, so he took me to room 201. Then my charging cable was leaking in 301, so I went to him to take it out, but he never gave me the key card. I wrote to him in English, but he didn’t seem to understand English, and I struggled with it for another 15 minutes. Just dealt with it

I had such a great experience here. Apar**ent is in the small alley on Ly Tu Trong street. The building is pretty new. Room is quite cheap and clean. All good for a simple night.
