Chez Mimosa Corner - New Address 90 De Tham

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel...très surprenant à l arrivée, on n'imagine pas que les chambres soient si grandes et si belles...literie très confortable, petit dej magnifique et le.numero 1 est Fleur : un petit bout de femme avec un français parfait et un humour incroyable, rien que pour elle, ça vaut le détour

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. We booked a room there through Agoda, but there is no hotel at the address given on our booking reference and on Google (43 Co Giang). Someone directed us to a hotel called Chez Mimosa Local, when we went there we could see our booking on their screen but they said they had no rooms left. They confirmed that Chez Mimosa Boutique Corner closed down during the pandemic. They could not explain why we'd been able to book a room there if it had closed down, and also said they don't take bookings from Agoda, which is clearly not true. After wandering around late at night trying to find the hotel and sort out this issue, we finally had to find somewhere else to stay. A very stressful experience, fortunately the area seems pretty safe and I was with my husband, but I often travel alone and in some cities being a single woman walking around at night could be very dangerous. I'm extremely disappointed with Agoda for letting me book a hotel that doesn't exist. In a fun continuation of this, 2 days later I got a message from the hotel telling me that this was all my fault because the hotel has moved to a new address, despite this supposed new address not showing anywhere online and the staff at Chez Mimosa Local not telling us it had moved. I've attached a photo of my Agoda booking reference showing the address as 43 Co Giang.

The care, politeness and delicacy of the workers is wonderful, and the rooms are clean and cared for. They surprised us the two times we went to the hotel with swans and flowers, remembering that we where on our honey moon. Breakfast was soooooo good and the attention was flawless.
