The service speed was extremely slow, and they were unable to provide the room and access code information in a timely manner. The room key card was also defective. The bed linen material in the room was of poor quality, with severe static electricity. There were black stains on the toilet.

I really didn’t expect my stay here to turn into such a stressful experience, but it was honestly terrible from the moment I arrived. I booked Room 1A, and instead they tried to check me into 1B, which looked nothing like the photos. They didn’t warn me that my room wasn’t ready, didn’t explain anything, and when I asked for the correct room, they just ignored my messages. Even when Trip.com contacted them, the property replied that they would “send an email later” with no clear answer. I ended up spending almost two hours arguing just to get the room I had already paid for. Room 1B — the one they tried to give me — was honestly awful: dark, dirty, and the windows literally face a wall. It felt like a completely different place compared to the listing. When I finally got Room 1A, I thought the nightmare was over, but the disappointment continued. The sauna didn’t work at all — I left it heating for five hours and it was still cold and leaking air. The bathroom had an unbearable smell that filled the entire room, so strong that I had to leave and work from a café because I couldn’t stay inside. The bed is standing on random wooden pieces, the mattress is the wrong size, and I kept hitting my legs every time I tried to get into it. The bathroom is dirty, with mold, cracked tiles, stains, and the whole place just feels poorly maintained. On top of that, insects were crawling around the room and the bathroom. Even the bedding and pillows felt old and uncomfortable. Nothing matched the photos or the description. The communication was terrible, the room was in bad condition, and the whole experience felt like a scam. I’m deeply disappointed and honestly shocked that this property has such high ratings. Save your money and your nerves — there are much better and even cheaper hotels nearby that actually take care of their guests and their rooms.

⚠️Do NOT stay at this place when you come to Vietnam. 1. The room is full of insects. The first day was full of ants, the second day cockroaches, and the third day even a centipede. 2. No hot water. 3. They said they would move our luggage to the new room but never did. We waited forever and couldn’t get our luggage. 4. They said they would help store my medicine in the fridge, but they didn’t. My medicine is spoiled. 5. The response time is extremely slow. There’s no front desk—only online support, and you have to contact them yourself. They will NOT reach out to you! 6. It’s impossible to sleep at night. The noise outside is extremely loud. We stayed for six nights and not a single night was quiet. If you care about sleep quality, DO NOT stay here. Terrible accommodation experience. I really don’t recommend staying here. You’re on vacation—choose somewhere safe and reliable. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Chúng tôi phải chờ rất lâu. 4. Họ hứa sẽ bảo quản thuốc của tôi trong tủ lạnh nhưng không làm, khiến thuốc bị hỏng. 5. Phản hồi vô cùng chậm. Không có lễ tân, chỉ có hỗ trợ online, và bạn phải tự liên hệ. Họ không bao giờ chủ động. 6. Ban đêm hoàn toàn không ngủ được. Tiếng ồn bên ngoài rất lớn. Ils ont dit qu’ils déplaceraient nos bagages vers la nouvelle chambre, mais ils ne l’ont jamais fait. Nous avons attendu très longtemps. 4. Ils ont promis de mettre mes médicaments au réfrigérateur, mais ne l’ont pas fait. Ils sont maintenant abîmés. 5. Le service répond très lentement. Il n’y a pas de réception, seulement un service en ligne, et c’est à vous de les contacter. Ils ne prennent jamais l’initiative. 6. Impossible de dormir la nuit. Le bruit extérieur est très fort. Nous avons séjourné six nuits et aucune n’a été calme. Si vous accordez de l’importance au sommeil, n’y allez surtout pas. Une expérience vraiment horrible. Je ne recommande à personne. Choisissez un endroit sûr pour vos vacances. Cet endroit ne mérite même pas une étoile. Très mauvais.

DO NOT STAY PLEASE DONT BOOK READ FIRST!!!!! I’ve booked this hotel/hostel thinking it’s a nice room in the center of Ho Chi Minh it is in the center but it’s not worth it DONT stay here, everything is broken and I mean EVERYTHING, the paint comes off the walls, the wallpaper isn’t glued properly the walls have signs of mold just being painted over and not properly cured, I FOUND A CONDOM WRAPPER IN MY ROOM LAYING USED. in my bed was a lot of sand and human hair and the sheets where dirty and the pillow case had some kind of black resedue on it that was not removed, the internet is very bad and the projector didn’t work properly, and makes loud noises and you can see in the videos I put below that it doesn’t even hang straight and just wiggles around. But the most worse things about this hotel is the water, it beraly works after my LONG international flight to Vietnam I just wanted to take a shower I COULNDT DO THAT the water didn’t work the pressure was way to low and got worse and worse I needed to sleep in my own filth and buy 7-11 water so I can brush my theeth atleast because nothing was working there everything broken and dirty, and the cake on top after begging and arguing with there unprofessional support, they finally send someone to „repair“ it he did something and asked me with a straight face i i know how to use the water ? I didn’t know he was was serious or making fun of me but after he „fixed“ something we didn’t did not only not have water at night but we didn’t after he left we betray had any in the morning so he essentially made it worse ? After that we had enough and switched to another hotel the same day and thankfullythe Trip.com team reimbursed us with there own pockets visa trip coins so we could escape this purgatory. But what’s even worse is the support and comical Manager after a long flight we wanted to check in only to realize that there is NO REZEPTION and we need to to beg them on WhatsApp to give us the room key code and call them multiple times so they finally give it to us. Did I mention they don’t clean the room YEAH DONT only if you pay 200k. Donh you have the privilege to get your room cleaned this is actually redicilous But after all that the cherry on top is the useless and unprofessional manager. I texted trip.com asking for a refund providing every evidence for this human hazard of a hotel/hostel and they said the manager is ignoring them *** and then after it was „off work time“ after an hour of talking with the support of trip.com the manager doesn’t work anymore and wait till 10AM guess what we didn’t get an answer till almost 12 and the staff doesn’t respond to us via WhatsApp about the lack of basic human needs, we texted them on instagram and what’s app while I writing this review theysaw my messages 4 days later ?! And don’t respond. If you love god. In the name of Jesus don’t stay here I BEG YOU Everthing I mention I took video how a look yourself haven’t even filmed Everthing but enough! Great place, quiet and clean and not far from the main actions. The bed is big and comfy with two charging ports Also being a self-check in hotel, they have great communication. Thanks again
