Very nice stay in the biggest building of Vietnam. The staff is helpful, however it should be noted that you should not go to the main reception in the building. When you arrive, you should either call or message the hotel. They will then send their staff-team to help you, where you will get a card to the room and the code to the door. The hotel is very modern, with security 24/7, so it is great for safe stays and people who like greats views. However, it should be noted that daily cleaning is not done on the hotel. Communication in general can be done through WhatsApp or Trip.com. For me I was kinda shocked that I could not enter the elevator area in the lobby with the card alone, it requires fingerprint from one of the staff. That is why you must message the staff, when using the elevator from the lobby. They will arrive quickly, when messaging. However when you are in the elevator area after getting through the elevator gate , you simply just tap your hotel card and it will get you to the floor where your hotel is located. I give the hotel 5-stars since I had no problems on my stay, and the price was really good for what I got!

Worst experience ever. The room that I booked was totally untidied from the previous user, there was dirty tissue papers and food all around the room when I checked in. Owner did not reply to my messages and calls, and ignored my attempts to ask for a refund as well. End of the day, had to make another last minute booking to a nearby hotel.

The apartment was generally fine for my stay. The location was convenient and the basic amenities were available. It met my needs overall, though nothing particularly stood out. A decent option for a short-term rental.

Booked this Service Apartment solely for its reputation as Vietnam's tallest building. For tourists, the location is inconvenient, requiring a taxi to get to any attractions.
The apartment is poorly maintained, and the room's interior decoration severely deviates from the website's photos. I booked for 3 nights and was very disappointed with the room on the first night. After complaining, we were moved to a slightly better room on the second day. Overall, it's not worth the price.
