My 3-night stay at this property was the most stressful and disappointing accommodation experience I have ever had. I strongly advise all travelers to avoid this listing. The issues began at check-in and never stopped. 1. Nightmare Check-In Process: There is no front desk. I had no local SIM and could not call the host. After begging the building security for Wi-Fi, I had to contact a Vietnamese friend to call the landlord for instructions. This was an incredibly frustrating and insecure start. 2. False Advertising - The Apartment is NOT as Pictured: The bedroom is significantly smaller than shown in the photos. The bedroom looks nothing like the listing photos I specifically requested and confirmed a high floor with a city view. Instead, I was given a low-floor apartment with a balcony facing a noisy children's playground. The constant noise made it impossible to concentrate on my long business Zoom meetings. 3. Apartment Condition & Missing Amenities. The apartment was not properly maintained. Key issues included: No running water in the kitchen tap. No hot water in the bathroom shower. Empty dispensers: No body wash or shampoo provided. I had to go out late at night to a convenience store to buy my own. Non-functional bidet due to a missing battery in the bidet remote. No housekeeping or fresh towels were provided for the entire 3-day stay. 4. Unresponsive Host & Privacy Concerns: The host was completely unresponsive to my messages and calls. When my friend called, she claimed she didn't speak English and ignored all the reported issues. She repeatedly demanded a photocopy of my passport through my friend. Even after I refused due to privacy concerns, she badgered him and even sent photos of 5 previous guests' passports to prove it was "normal." This is a severe violation of personal data privacy and a major red flag. 5. Trip.com's Inadequate Customer Support: I contacted Trip.com on the first day. While they emailed me daily, their response was always the same: "We are unable to contact the host." Think about it, if they could not get it touch with the host, what are the chances the host will respond to a guest complain? Not a single issue was resolved, and my request for a refund to move to a legitimate hotel was ignored. 6. Illegal Short-Term Rental & Safety Warning: Most alarmingly, I discovered that this building DOES NOT ALLOW short-term rentals. This means the host is operating illegally on the Trip.com platform. Trip.com has clearly not verified this property, putting guests at risk. If an accident happened, who would be responsible? The host is a mystery, and the operation is unlawful. Conclusion: This was not a stay; it was an ordeal. The listing is fraudulent, the host is negligent and violates guest privacy, and the property is illegally listed. I demand that Trip.com immediately delist this property to protect other customers and provide a minimum 50% refund for this torturous experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

It was very refined and elegant. The breakfast was good with lots of pastries. The traffic is pretty amazing , however you can walk up into the centre of the city. The pool was lovely.
