The hotel is in a convenient and safe location. The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean with a bathtub. I was a bit confused by the mini-fridge, as it was hard to find a plug for it. Although it's on a main road, the noise wasn't as bad as I expected. I was impressed and highly recommend it!

Love this hotel, great location near everything, and you can shop in only 10 minutes' walk—many restaurants around the hotel. Friendly staff helps with everything, great English speakers, and the doorman is really humble and helps me with my luggage and the door. And a cute cafe, at the lobby

Reception area is nice and the service was attentive, the only issue is the noise.

It was very convenient and quick to get a taxi. The lady at the counter provided excellent service and was very helpful. The room facilities were complete, well-equipped, and very new, though the bedding was a bit firm. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Location is a little far from the main attractions in District 1 (not very walkable distance) but the hotel room was very cosy and well-designed, very worth the price. The room is on the smaller side but the space was ample. The front deck staff was very helpful and saw to our needs quickly as well.

Everything is superb, from the location, staff, and room to the service provided. Even the cafe downstairs is cute.
Easy taxi travel to all the attractions, with a few convenience stores nearby.
Definitely praise to the team. They assisted us with everything and made sure all our requirements were met. Saigon was unacceptably hot and humid, but Aizen Stay saved our trip.

Service was good! Staff went out of his way to allow early check in which was fantastic. Hotel security also helped w luggages!
Hair on the ground and sink when check in. Bed and bathroom was clean tho.

This hotel is really great quality. Every time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I always stay here. It's fantastic! The location is super convenient, getting anywhere is quick, and there are tons of delicious food options nearby. Plus, the smoothie bowls at the hotel's downstairs cafe are amazing.
