One of the best hostels you can stay in in Saigon. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the mattress is comfortable. Definitely coming back!

Great value for money! The hostel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The air conditioning runs 24 hours a day, which made the stay especially pleasant in the hot weather. Despite being budget-friendly, everything was well maintained, and I had a good night's sleep. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay in Vietnam, I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I stayed here before, but never again, based on the girl receptionist’s attitude. One of the main issues was the door on the 5th floor. It requires a long access code and has no handle, making it inconvenient to use. When I asked about it, the receptionist immediately became argumentative instead of trying to help. What made this even more frustrating was that she herself regularly left the door fully open while checking in guests, yet still chose to argue with me about it. I also asked if my ice pack could be stored in a freezer because I was recovering from an injury. Despite explaining the situation, no effort was made to help, and the ice pack was left to melt. First accommodation where this happened! A little common sense and basic customer care would have gone a long way. There were no trash bags provided, and the only trash bins I could find were on the first floor near the shower area. The toilet had no lighting, no mirror, no shower gel, and only a tiny bin available. I already mentioned all to the manager and didn’t even bother to turn the lights on the toilet area. Another major issue was that I specifically booked this property based on the photos showing the 6th floor on my last trip. Upon arrival, I was told I could not use that floor, despite another guests apparently staying there. Overall, the customer service was rude this time, the facilities were lacking more. P.S. The receptionist even threatened to kick me out, which was particularly ironic given that I was leaving for the airport in a few hours and had already paid for the entire upcoming night.

For the price, this hostel offers great value. It’s clean, modern, and in a great location, which made it a very convenient place to stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the people staying here were respectful, which created a pleasant atmosphere. There are a few things that could be improved, though. I mentioned to staff that it would be helpful to provide basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash, as none were available during my stay. There were also no tissues provided anywhere in the hostel, which was surprising. I’d also suggest adding more trash bins on the room floors, as that would make things much more convenient for guests. One thing I found a bit odd is that, apart from the first floor, the toilets don’t have any mirrors and no lighting. There is also loud music at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Personally, it didn’t bother me, and I actually found it kind of funny. Overall, despite a few small inconveniences, I had a great stay. The hostel is clean, new, well-located, and offers excellent value for money. I’d happily stay here again.
