The hotel is very close to the airport, but the soundproofing isn't great, and there are a lot of people coming and going. However, the hotel's service is excellent. The security staff speaks Chinese and we had a great chat. The front desk communication was smooth, the service was good, and the hygiene was excellent. No smoking inside, you have to go to an open-air area to smoke.

For this price, it's quite good, and the breakfast is decent. However, it's a bit of a walk from the airport, which isn't ideal if you have luggage. If you're a woman, I'd recommend taking public transport at night.

It is close to the airport. I called for pick up when I arrived (using trip.com interner free call) and they came fast. And, they were prompt on scheduled airport drop off. Both reception and transport staff are awesome. It's a good stop over, basic but cheap and comfortable.

Very beautiful hotel, it feels so expensive even it is affordable. We got very spacious double bed, which is honestly looked like bigger. The bathroom was very clean. The bed and pillows and blankets are very clean, they provided water. Wifi was very fast too. Luggage storage was easy. It is only few mins away from the Airport.

I had booked a flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hai Phong, but due to a mistake by airport staff, I was forced to stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. I booked this hotel through Trip.com. You can walk to Terminal 1, and there's a paid shuttle service to Terminals 2 and 3. The only downside is the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, but everything else was good. Both the room and breakfast offered good value for money.

We chose this hotel due to late arrival of the flight, so needed somewhere nearby the airport before head off to the centre of Hochimin. Reception staff was pleasant and the room was definitely not what it looks like on the website. Fair to say it was alright for a stay less than 12 hour stay. The room was clean though and water pressure was fine. The breakfast served until 9.30 and when we turned up at 9.15, all food trays were mostly empty and no coffee and milk at all. We had to ask for some fried eggs and scrapped some bread and left over food. Probably one of the worse breakfast. Service by breakfast staff were poor and they were busy clearing up before 9.30. Receptionist kindly allowed us to check out one hour late but other than that, sorry to say this hotel should be considered for someone who needs a short night stay.

the staffs service is the main reason I will comeback in this hotel in the future
The room is not satisfied with what I expect but yes u get what u paid.
The furniture like sofa & towel got moldy, dirty & got big hole. The sliding bath room door can not even slide, gets stuck. The sound can here from other rooms as well.
Since I stay other 3 stars hotel so I feel this hotel is not meet my expectation.
I will comeback soon next year but I will choose other hotel, lucky I stay here only 1 night.
Thanks the doorman & the receptionist are friendly & helpful btw.
