Bed is comfortable.
Too bad never try the bathtub.
The check in and out is a breeze and the reception assist us for early check in as we have two old folks with us. Thank you.
The room is clean which is very important.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Saigon Centre during my first trip to Vietnam for relaxation and self-recuperation. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the facilities like the gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, including those at the lobby and the housekeeping team, were all lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, tourist spots, and even the airport. Overall, it was a great experience!

1. Trip com always offer price for 2 person . First i entered The Hotel alone ANd the reception desk Lady ask me to confirm that I use the room alone . I asked why because I Booker for 2 person . She forced me to sign an agreement for 1 person But same price
2. in The afternoon my friend confirmed to join me and i inquired over Trip . COM a Change of a Person ( i add my Friends Name )
I go the official very clear Trip vom process Change request .
ANd Trip com / Hotel confirmed This Change request officially by email sending me a new confirmation code . After my friend wanted to enter the Hotel / join my room they say That After 11 pm cannot accept another person . And offer me a 1 Million VND Solution about a „ fixed room „
After i showed them my Change request confirmation These unprofessional guys pretend not to find it in their system But they send a New Hotel confirmation Code already . Only because Talking Strong and loudly to them - they finally accept to call Trip com Agency . Trip com confirmed of course because I went through The Standard process of Change request .
Not so Pleasant ANd i feel like in a cheap 2 Star Hotel .
Very Bad ANd Self made rules from poor managed staff

過年來胡志明遊玩，網上選了很久的酒店，最後決定這一家。
環境很不錯，離周邊的景點也比較近，早餐也很豐富。服務人員也超級熱情，入住體驗很棒。
