Good stay and overall experience is good. I leave my bag with all my important staff including passport in the sleeper bus when travel to Ho chin minth, the staff is kind enough to help me check with the sleeper bus company. The location of the hotel is strategic to visit the city center by walking distance. The room is clean and comfort also.

This was a phenomenal hotel. The location is perfect within HCMC and the staff were amazing. The air conditioner was perfect even during the hottest season in Vietnam. Easy trip here from the airport. I can’t recommend this place higher.

Perfekte Lage für Sightseeing, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wundeeschöne große Zimmer, allerdings etwas hellhörig. Super Frühstück mit Eierspeisen, vietnamesischen warmen Speisen und viel Obst. Toller Rooftop Pool mit schönem Ausblick über die Stadt. Waren unfassbar zufrieden.

사이공스퀘어가 가까와 좋았고 공항-호텔간은 오전에 차 밀리는 상황에서 45분, 새벽에 20분 걸렸슴.
수영장은 작은편이고 객실은 사진에 보이는것보다 낡은 느낌이 상당히 있기에 사진만 보고 선택하시는분들은 좀더 신중할 필요가 있습니다.
조식은 가짓수가 아주 많은건 아니지만 퀄리티가 4성급으로 인정하기엔 적당한 퀄리티라 특별한 불만은 없었습니다.
오후에 애프터눈티를 무료제공 한다고 들었지만 아재두명이라 전혀 이용 하지않았슴
예전분들의 후기를보면 미니바까지 무료라고 했지만 이번에 투숙했을땐 미니바무료 서비스는 적어도 내객실에는 없었슴.
보증금은 500만동이며 체크아웃하고 반나절만에 확인해보니 카드사로부터 결제취소가 떠있어 보증금환불에 걸리는 시간이 짧아서 좋았슴
최저가 숙소를 예약해서 그러려니 예상은 했지만 아무래도 객실배정에 있어서 다소 불리한 배정을 받았슴.
창밖전망이 좋은쪽은 배정이 되지 않았고 조망이 아주 안좋은 객실을 배정받았슴(창문이 옆건물과 거의 붙어있을 정도로 가까움 창밖조망 포기)
대부분의 직원들은 인사도 잘하고 고객들에게 호의적이지만 일부 직원은 일처리에 있어서는 상당히 미숙함.
비행기 도착시간이 오전이라 호텔에 오전 10시30분경에 도착을 했는데 정중히 얼리체크인이 되느냐고 물어봤고 직원은 힘들다고 했다.
그런데 오후 1시에 돌아온다면 체크인을 해줄수 있다고 이야기를 하길래 그말만 믿고 오후 1시에 돌아왔는데.. 그때부터 하릴없는 기다림이 시작되었고
결국 규정체크인 시간인 2시도 아닌 2시 20분이 되어서야 입실할수 있었다.
중간에 왜 체크인이 안되냐고 물어보는 직원마다 '에어컨이 고장났다', '트윈룸은 그곳하나 밖에 없다' '다른방은 있지만 안좋은 객실이라 그냥 님객실에 묵으시라' 등등
서로 다른 이야기를 해오며 체크인을 안시켜준다.
처음부터 1시라는 이야기를 하지 않았다면 당연히 2시이후에 다시 돌아왔겠지만 공염불만 던져놓고 정작 미안하다는 말도 없이 슬슬 뒤로 피해다니는 한명의 여직원때문에
쓸데없이 한시간을 호텔로비에서 낭비했다.
