Perfect location for sightseeing, everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, large rooms, although a bit noisy. Great breakfast with egg dishes, Vietnamese hot dishes and lots of fruit. Great rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city. We were incredibly satisfied.

The swimming pool was nice and the room condition was good. Above all, the staff were friendly, so I felt good when asking questions or going in and out, which increased my satisfaction level. I had a good stay and had fun haha

The location is good, but it's old. The smell in the hallway was strong and it took me a while to get used to it. The walls and door of the room are thin, so sound leaks through.

It was nice that Saigon Square was close, and the trip between the airport and the hotel took 45 minutes in the morning due to traffic congestion, and 20 minutes in the morning. The swimming pool is small and the rooms feel much older than they appear in the photos, so those who choose based solely on the photos need to be more careful. The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but the quality was good enough to be considered 4-star, so there were no particular complaints. I heard that they provide free afternoon tea in the afternoon, but since there were only two people, we didn't use it at all. Looking at previous reviews, they said even the minibar was free, but when I stayed this time, there was no free minibar service, at least not in my room. The deposit is 5 million dong, and when I checked half a day after check-out, the payment was canceled by the credit card company, so it was nice that the time it took to refund the deposit was short. I expected that because I booked the lowest price accommodation, but I ended up being assigned a somewhat unfavorable room. I was not assigned a room with a good view out the window, and was assigned a room with a very poor view (the window was so close to the building next door that I gave up the view out the window). Most employees are good at greeting people and are friendly to customers, but some employees are quite inexperienced when it comes to handling work. Since my flight arrived in the morning, I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 am. I politely asked if early check-in was possible, and the staff member said it would be difficult. However, they told me that they could check in if I came back at 1 PM, so I believed that and came back at 1 PM... From then on, the endless waiting began. In the end, I was only able to check in at 2:20, not the regular check-in time of 2:00. Every staff member who asked why I couldn't check in was told things like, 'The air conditioner is broken,' 'There's only one twin room,' 'There are other rooms, but they're bad, so just stay in your room.' They tell us different stories and won't let us check in. If they hadn't told me it was 1 o'clock from the beginning, I would have come back after 2 o'clock, but because of one female employee who just threw an empty fire and slowly avoided me without even saying sorry. I wasted an hour in the hotel lobby.

Advantages: The location is convenient, next to the pedestrian street in the city center, and it is convenient to eat. The service is warm and you can watch Netflix directly on the TV. Disadvantages: The facilities are old, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor, there is almost no signal in the bathroom, the hot water supply in the bathroom is limited, you can only take a bath once, and there is no hot water, and there is red sand in the water...
