Really worst hotel ever in HCM. They moved me to another hotel just slightly better but their service was a big no

The rosa spa massage was very lousy, I think we was charge extra instead of 250,000 dong n a very bad impression from the masseur demand for more tip 😔 No discount for hotel guest n I swear I won’t go that spa anymore , few year back the masseur was good now very lousy

mixed feelings at first when booking this hotel bcs of mix reviews. but end up, it is not that bad after all! family room big enough for 4. daily cleaning and towel change. only thing lacking is the tv wasnt functioning but since we went out a lot so we didnt bother asking for a reair. aircond takes time, pillow is just one per person. but for the price is okay. 4 mins to ben thanh very near walking distance

This hotel had a good breakfast buffet, the rooms are quaint and the location is great for walking to stores, restaurants, metro, and opera house.

Girl on reception is scammer. They told me i don’t have to pay tip to massage girl in hotel because they didn’t had my room, and just to pay full price for massage 290k vnd, then 3 days later they again change my room and she apologized and say to give me 30% discount extra (and dont need pay tip) after i booked massage, massage girl told me to leave tip, and i said yo her that girl on reception told me i dont pay tip. Then when i came to reception to pay, she told me no need pay tip. But since im not paying tip price is 400k vnd instead 290k and she “discounted” from 400k to 350k. Scammm… avoid this hotel

Good location.

The location is pretty good, but this hotel rating is 100% not meeting the reality. I was really surprised that I can’t lock my door with the key they provided to me. And the trash can inside the room still have trash. Will never back to this hotel again and strongly recommend you to sleep somewhere else since 300k/night you can find many hotels with much better condition.

Very very ok

To put it simply, we were deceived. We booked a family room. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk service arranged for us to go to the hotel opposite and said there were no rooms here. It was our first time to travel independently, and the family was arranged in a double room. We, my husband, and our three children were squeezed into a small room. I told them that the room type was wrong, but they kept apologizing that there was no extra room and only moved a single bed to us. The above photos are proof.

The hotel room environment is clean and comfortable, the service staff are also very kind, and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the city center and within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. There are also many breakfast options. It is a great accommodation space.

The service was pretty good~, but the spa was not explained clearly. The waiter said it only cost 300,000 VND. I gave her 500,000 VND, but she said the rest was a tip. Oh my god~~You should have said it clearly beforehand~~ How can there be such an overlord who takes the bow~~

Poor sound and smoke insulation. Breakfast was delicious
