The bathroom had an unpleasant smell( musty smell), likely from the water system, and ventilation only runs on the hotel’s schedule, so the odor often lingered. The shower is inside a high bathtub with no separate shower area, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe—especially for elderly guests.

A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic. The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere. Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible.

Whenever i come here (HCMC) for my work, always stay at T Ritz. Room pretty big space, AC really good, staffs provide good service. Less options for breakfast.

Location is good, District 3, near popular business addresses and the pink church. The duvet is a bit thick, can get very hot and sweat when sleeping.

Big spacious room and location was in the center. Walkable to any places.
