It is not 490 m from the Exhibition Centre. In fact it is not walking distance (over 1.5 K) Novotel n Ibis listed as 600 m. Yet theirs is listed 490 m Don't fall into their trick. It is Condo, A&B, has to wait to check in. See no one so, I left without checking in.

It's an apartment with 2 rooms. The environment is pretty good. There is a shopping mall nearby and it's close to the exhibition center. The environment is good and the landlord is very nice. It's a 5-minute walk to the shopping mall and a 10-minute walk to the exhibition hall.

離展館很近，走路10分鐘不到。屬於韓國小區，配有游泳池，泳池有專門的人管理，水很乾凈。公寓配備齊全，就裝修有一點點舊，拖鞋不是一次性的，用的是肥皂，後來自己買了洗髮水沐浴露這些。很適合同事一起出差或者朋友家人出遊的。性價比高

DO NOT BOOK. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 nights. Arrived at the property to be told they don’t accept short term stays and tried to take us to another property.

Gershwin, great host speaks perfect English. Quiet area with several grocery stores around the block. 2 blocks away from mall and SECC Expo center. No hot water for shower, not that you need it anyway. Air con in living room could be bigger size. Overall good, clean, safe and quiet place to stay for days.
