The hotel is very clean and good location for the people who want to check health bcuz it's near the cho ray hospital

The hotel is next to a large hospital. There are many people coming and going around. It is far away from most attractions. The sound insulation of the room is not good. There are often ambulances and the sound of the next room at night, which affects your sleep.

In the city center, the hotel is very clean. We arrived at the hotel very late and the staff checked us in very enthusiastically.

The surrounding living functions are pretty good, and the overall transportation hub is also pretty good. However, the sound insulation is a bit poor. You can hear the sounds from next door in the corridor, which will slightly affect your sleep at night.

Really bad in every aspect

They gave us a room with the window that is opened and couldn’t close, so we can hear everything on the street. We had to pay extra to get a room change, and on the 2nd night the there was a water leak in the washroom ceiling. The hotel room was general dirty, and AC fan wouldn’t turn off. Overall very disappointed when I’ve paid a bit more than average thinking it was a nicer hotel.

Friendly staff. Older building, close to the hospital so a bit noisy but the noise is manageably. Overall I’d say again. Reasonable priced.

Stayed here for a week before deciding to move somewhere else. No hot water, no ventilation or open windows, bedsheets were stained on several occasions and the blinds were broken. We had left the hotel for a few days during our booking and returned to find that our card didn't work and there was someone else occupying our room. Would advise staying away!

Squeaking sound from the closet needs attention when opening and closing.

The room was small….but I like the helpful staff there. Love the location and the surrounding neighborhood because this nearby neighborhood in Q5 was where I was born and raised 43 yrs ago!
