The families room is on par with the closely hotel but the small room without window is not recommend. Small and overpriced.

Rooms smell of smoke very noisy from the street room was not what I expected bathroom and room still at hair on pillows and on the floor there was blood drips on the bathroom wall
It’s not worth the money I paid
Was supposed to stay for three nights could only manage two

The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Bui Vien.
We were given 2 bottles of water every day.

The hotel is almost worth the price to stay in Ho Chi Minh City for a few days. Good location in district 1. 5 minute walk to walking street with bars and clubs, food and seafood, day market. Nearby, within walking distance, are the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City, the Independence Palace, the War Museum, and the Cathedral of Our Lady of Saigon.
But there are also disadvantages, if you want to sleep longer than 6:30 in the morning, then forget it, there is reconstruction in the neighboring building, they make noise all day until the evening. Breakfast could be better, the hotel has its own cafe, but something is constantly running out, coffee, glasses, food... But in general it’s ok, for the low cost and location.
