Noise entrapment. The entire building design is flawed, even with only two apar**ents on each level. Noise is a huge issue in many places in HCMC but at Golden Globe, it's terrible. Expect no sympathy from the landlord. He's got your money and doesn't care. Notification of internal renovations to tenants doesn't happen. Avoid this place. There are far better and cheaper options available in HCMC. There is no routine maintenance, including electrical testing and smoke alarms. It doesn't happen. The entire complex is a death trap which isn't uncommon in Vietnam.
