Clean and tidy little hotel for its money!!! Especially was surprised and satisfied with clean AC filters, which usually are very dirty. And this is really important, cuz even in expensive hotels it’s very rare thing. Thank you!!!

Vy is een goede gastvrouw en erg vriendelijk. Zo lief dat je elke ochtend een heerlijk kopje koffie of thee aangeboden krijgt! De kamer is prima. Wij hadden veel baat bij de koelkast, wifi, airco en eigen badkamer. Er wordt met regelmaat schoon gemaakt, je kan elke dag nieuwe handdoeken etc krijgen en Vy biedt een goede service. Zo krijg je bij aankomst een kaart van district one met allerlei hotspots waar je heen kan en met een aantal Vietnamese woorden er op (hallo, bedankt, ik ben allergisch voor.. etc). Zeker een aanrader!

We booked the place because of the great reviews without realising it's actually in the middle of the backpacker district (we are maybe a little old for backpacking - or maybe not!!) And it was great!! Fantastic host, great location and really really quiet. The room had great air conditioning, a very comfortable bed and all for an incredible price. And right in the middle of the action, great restaurants and bars just around the corner.

2泊ですが心地よく過ごす事が出来ました。立地はややわかりづらくはありますが、街中にありながら穏やかで静かな場所です。ブイビエン通りまで近く、飲食する場所は十分ありカフェ・レストラン、バーもあり、近くに9月23日公園、タイビン市場等がありホーチミンの街を散策とするには良い場所です。部屋は常に清潔に保たれ、またオーナーも親切でウェルカムドリンクはとても美味しかったです。とてもリーズナブルでこの価格では良いホステルだと思います。

Vy's guesthouse is quality budget accommodation. It is safe and well run, and Vy is helpful, lining up a Cu Chi Tunnel tour for us at a better price than anything on line. If you are wanting a safe and homely environment in this area, my wife and I totally recommend Vy's place.

Great location, right near the walking street but very quiet. Vy and her family make the stay. Vy is very welcoming and is on hand to help you navigate the area. She gave me a map with some key phrases to use, and lots of recommendations on where to ho and where to eat. Would highly recommend.

The property was great! The rooms were air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. Vy was so helpful and accommodating in giving us tips on what to do and where to go for food and sightseeing. The room was quiet with no noise even though we were very close to some of the busy night areas. Would definitely stay again!
