這幾年每次來胡志明都住這家酒店，主要衝著早餐來的，以及離機場近。其他倒是沒什麼優點了。電視機一大早被吵醒過好幾次，每次給我的回覆都是已經檢查過了，沒問題。這種服務意識一般般吧

I want to complain about the service: 1) I called the hotel before traveling to ask about the airport shuttle bus schedule, but no one answered the phone. 2) He only followed a few people in my email and did not answer the shuttle bus question. He only wanted to sell me a sofa bed for my child. My email was clearly asking about the shuttle bus. I also patiently replied to one of the people who was a seven-year-old boy. It wasn’t until the plane landed at the hotel that he received a half-length sales upgrade and a shuttle bus schedule. 3) The waiter didn’t speak English well and didn’t ask for 20 minutes what time the shuttle bus is after 7:45. 4) It is a 15-minute drive from Ho Chi Minh Airport. The hotel shuttle bus is very infrequent, running every one and a half hours, and reservations cannot be made. It is first come, first served.
There is a very nice Phuc Long downstairs of the hotel. You can order takeout and go downstairs to pick it up yourself. It was a mess at night and I didn’t go out to eat.
A new hotel with resident singers in the evening. I feel like I want to go upscale, but the serious software hasn't kept up.
The swimming pool is huge!
