賓館離胡志明市火車站（西貢車站）很近，走路衹需幾分鐘就到，購火車票和乘坐北上芽莊、峴港、順化等旅遊地點的火車很方便。賓館離胡志明市的統一宮、中央郵政局、大教堂、範五老街等必觀光景點衹有3. 0—3. 5公里，我每天步行40—50分鐘到上述景點觀光。如果不想步行，還可以在火車站乘坐7路公交到市中心旅遊（但要換乘一公交車） 非常方便。越南3月份氣温與北京6月底7月初的氣温相當。每天都要換洗衣服。賓館門前的窗前有鐵杆，陽光充足、風大，晚上洗的衣服晾曬在鐵杆上第二天早上就幹 ，此賓館很適合住多日旅客。特別值得一提的是，賓館周邊是普通老百姓居住 ，天空的電纜線如同蜘蛛網，絕大多數老百姓門前都擺攤賣水果、蔬菜，讓我回到到了20年前的生活。賓館附近沒有範五老街的喧囂，也沒有中央郵政局和聖母大教堂地區的古老建築與現代文明的交融，但能真正感受到越南普通老百姓的生活。旅遊不衹看古蹟和風光，更要體驗當地的文化與人民的生活。

ホーチミンでのトランジットで利用しました。寝るだけならば充分でしょう。場所は少しわかりづらいですが、グーグルマップが使える環境があれば簡単に着けます。
スタッフは親切で気持ちの良い対応をしていただけました。
