The landlord is okay, the room is very comfortable, you can exchange currency, there is a supermarket nearby where you can eat, and it's about a 10-minute walk from the convention and exhibition center.
When you go, remember that there is no front desk. It is recommended that the host find someone who understands Chinese, otherwise communication will be very troublesome.

The room is very average. If you like cleanliness, forget it. It will definitely be disappointing. A so-so big man can live here. Please be careful when booking as no refunds are possible. There is no hotel front desk, and there are many Koreans in the community. When you check in, a local will give you a key and take you up, which is quite informal. All in all a disappointment. If you can stay in a hotel in the city, just stay in one. Taking a taxi is not expensive anyway. It is a suburb or an urban-rural fringe area, and eating is very inconvenient.

Hygiene: Generally, the room has a smell, especially the sheets are not clean, making sleeping uncomfortable. Facilities are also average.
