スタッフの方々の対応がとても素敵でした。
1泊し、間数日別の都市に行って、ホーチミンに帰ってきて2泊する、という旅行プランだったのですが、最初の滞在から次の滞在までの間、荷物を快く預かってくださいました。
また、ある夜、隣の部屋の騒音(爆音のミュージックなど)で夜全く寝れなくてフロントに相談しに行ったら、すぐに確認のスタッフを派遣してくれて、対応もしてくれました。おかげでぐっすり眠れました。
大変素敵なスタッフの方々が溢れているホテルですが、特にポーターのLamさんと受付のHauさん、本当にありがとうございました。素敵な宿泊となりました。
ただ、残念な点を挙げるとしたら、朝食会場のスタッフの対応です。オムレツとフォーを頼んだのにも関わらず、30分以上経っても来ず、スタッフに伝えても確認するとだけ言い残し、その後は放置されました。何回かスタッフに伝え、朝食会場が閉まる時間ギリギリにオムレツは届けてくれましたが、フォーは来ませんでした。
部屋は素敵で、ベッドもふかふかで寝心地良く、朝食も美味しかったです。
