とても良いホテルでしたが、賑やかな場所にあるホテルなので夜中遅くまでうるさかったです。19階だけど騒音はずっと続いてました。マイナス面はそれくらい。ターンダウンサービスあるのにうっかり散らかしたまま出かけてしまい、整えてくれていました。お恥ずかしい…（汗）プールで遊んだあとビーチチェアでゴロゴロしていたらチョコレートでコーティングされた凍ったスイカを持ってきてくれました。美味しかった！
総じて良いホテルです。

Heel vriendelijk personeel en service. Kamer wordt 2x per dag verschoond. Kamer is heel ruim opgezet. We vierden onze honeymoon reis. Bij aankomst was onze suite romantisch versierd en kregen we eendjes Prosecco en bonbons. Geweldig personeel die goede restaurant tips geeft

당일 일정 다 취소하고 숙소에서만 있었네요
뷰도 정말 좋고 야경도 너무 좋았고
직원들 서비스도 좋습니다
영어도 다 잘하셔서 의사소통에 문제없어서 좋아요
여기 호텔만 보고 호치민 다시 가고싶어요

胡志明最棒的公寓。公區和房間的裝修一看就是巨資，房間很敞亮，大落地窗非常棒，備品用的帕爾馬之水，和酒店部分有區隔，私密性很好。早餐豐盛，中餐廳和意餐廳都是米其林餐盤推薦。重點是位置超級好，出門很方便

二十幾年的全球旅行，第一次差評給了這家酒店！
我們大約在晚上十點入住，前台接待服務特別差！簡直翻白眼那種
第二天退房的時候退房的適合更離譜，並沒有吃早餐，但是加多一個人的早餐費用！還不肯退，她打電話餐廳也説衹有兩個人用餐，還是要多收錢，又説是服務費！我由於趕飛機，要求她經理出來處理，也完全沒人管！後來我説要報警處理！她才肯把早餐錢減掉，但是第二次賬單依舊是錯的！我們核算不對，問她怎麼回事，她説算錯了，於是又有第三次賬單！後來付款給她，因為我們沒有零錢，給了整錢，需要找零32萬越南幣，但是她衹找零17萬，然後就不給我們了，又再一次爭吵，才如數找零32萬！
這麼高檔的酒店遇到這麼奇葩的事還是第一次！
這次差評衹是為了提醒以後入住酒店的人，看清楚並核對賬單，以免造成損失！
