Just check the dust cling on the wood door. They never clean the room probably. I saw a lot of foreigners traveller booked and stay this hotel, but the cleaning and hygiene is not clean. I hope you understand and change it

レセプション スタッフは感じの良にい方々です。
しかし、滞在3日目、ルームクリーニングサービススタッフにキャリーバッグに別途分けてジッパーパックに入れていた500,000VND紙幣10枚の内 2枚抜かれました。別途支払いの為に分けておいた訳です。
5,000,000VNDあったはずが支払い時ジッパーパックを開いたら4,000,000 VNDに減っていた訳です。
発覚したのはチェックアウト後。
この事態はソーシャルメディアのメッセンジャーよりホテル側には連絡しました。
しかし、折り返しの対応はなかったです。

The location of Lucky Star hotel is excellent and convenient. We found many Vietnamese food around. Quality of rooms is good, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff of this hotel are very welcome and helpful. We had a nice experience here.

The room was a lot smaller than the 27 meter they advertise and lacked outlets for plug ins. The refrigerator would turn off everytime you left the room and would leak.Sound proofing could have been better. The bed however was nice and the pillows were firm. The staff were very pleasants and accommodating. There was a fee for late check out.
