It's completely different from the picture and the cleanliness is a mess.
The actual room size is less than 20 square meters, but Trip.com says it is 35 square meters haha.
It was my first time in Ho Chi Minh City, so I just put up with it and stayed for 3 nights. When I requested a towel replacement on the morning of the second day, they provided it on the evening of the last day.
I almost cursed lol.
When I go abroad, I usually book accommodations through Trip.com, but it was the worst.
The location is good and Grab is also available...

I booked for 2 nights, but didn't know it was a service apar**ent and thought it was a hotel.
I went in around 10 and tried to check in, but they said there were no rooms.
Then I asked for another accommodation and it took over an hour just to check in.
It was almost 12 when I checked into the accommodation, and I almost ended up sleeping homeless.
It seems like they gave me a better apar**ent, but I had to change rooms the next day anyway, which was very inconvenient and inconvenient.
I don't want to use it again

The location is 8 minutes away from Pham Lao 5th Street. I couldn't find the front desk when I checked in. I had to find someone through trips to check in. The floor and sheets were not clean and there were obvious stolen goods. I can only say that it is OK to stay, but don't ask for too much. There is no wifi password provided, so you have to figure it out on your own.
