The room was spacious and bright, and I really liked the floor-to-ceiling windows. Housekeeping cleaned daily and did a thorough job. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted good. The minibar had everything you could possibly need.

The hotel is very close to the canal and conveniently located for transportation. Definitely choose a room with breakfast. They don't offer luggage assistance to rooms, but they do have luggage storage at the front desk, which is great if you have multiple bags.

I was given a corner room with a large glass window on the left. The room layout was really strange; there was a long hallway upon entering, and then the room itself was quite small, with a big round bed that looked nothing like the pictures shown when I booked. The room faced a main road, and I was constantly disturbed by motorcycle noise all night. I can usually sleep through anything, even on high-speed trains or planes, but I woke up several times because of the noise.

This is my second stay here, and for this location, the price is quite reasonable. There are many coffee shops downstairs, which is very convenient! The breakfast is plentiful! The only thing is there are too many Indian guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Hotel. It was a calm, quiet and air conditioned respite from the warm city! We especially appreciated the free room upgrade when we arrived, and also loved the free minibar snack and water that was topped up daily. Also very glad to have two lifts in the building which is great for accessibility.

Despite asking for a quiet room it was a bit noisy because the hotel is close to a highway and there is a field with ducks nearby.
The pool and the roof top bar are fine.
Bed is comfortable.
The location is super convenient pretty close to the opera.
Breakfast is also very good
