The hygiene problem is very poor. There are bugs and mites everywhere on the bed. The sheets will not be changed. Don't believe the hotel's online pictures.

14/5/2024 DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The hotel is currently undergoing construction works internally on numerous floors! There is no warning from the booking sites such at Trip.com of these issues. Masonry dust is all over the carpets, drilling happening during the day and when they tried to move our room to a 'quite area' there was works being carried out next door! The hotel is currently refusing to refund our full payment as ‘we checked in'. How would we realise the state of disrepair the place is in without checking in. It's a shambles and avoid at all costs!! I’m currently in debate/bartering with Trip.com to refund our money as they made no effort to understand if this location was viable for guests!

7 nights accommodation at the hotel
I first heard that breakfast was available on the 10th floor, so I went there around 09:15, but the elevator didn't go up.
I stayed on the 9th floor and went up the stairs, but the door was closed.
After inquiring later, they said it was until 09:30, but why didn't the elevator work???
Next time I won't request breakfast (it's included in the hotel fee).
Travelers' streets and tourist spots are worth walking to.
All within 1~2 keys
You have to take a taxi to Koreatown. I got ripped off twice for taxi fare (no change given)
There is construction right next door, so there is a lot of construction noise around 10 in the morning.
It's a 4-star hotel, but there's no swimming pool, so it's at a 2-star level for a 4-star hotel.
Wi-Fi is weak and frequently disconnects when watching TV.
It's so hot that you can drink tea at a nearby Starbucks and walk 800 meters to Ban Thanh Market and Saigon Square.
There are a lot of unfamiliar faces during the day. Be careful when bringing children.
