Chăn gối cảm giác không được giặt kĩ nên còn vết vàng ố, có bụi bám Giường nằm rất không thoải mái, ngủ dậy rất đau lưng. Lễ tân cũng không được thân thiện Tuy nhiên thì khi yêu cầu hỗ trợ thì có rất nhanh và còn khá niềm nở, đèn và máy lạnh hoạt động ok Nhưng giá vẫn khá đắt so với những gì mình nhận được
