Scam alert. Had a confirmed booking from Agoda for April 6 to May 6, 30 days, for 7.7M VND. The hotel did not want to honor the booking using the excuse no rooms were available. But even on day of check in Agoda and pother sites showed rooms available for my dates. Truth is the hotel wanted me cancel my booking and pay a cash higher rate than the already confirmed Agoda booking, to them directly. When I would not, they refused check in and after discussion with Agoda customer service, Agoda did not penalize me. 2Z is a very shady hotel with hourly rates, so now I know why they did not want to honor the price and booking. What a waste of my time. Zero stars if possible.
